Wonderful Growth-RX

Saturday, May 16th, 2009

I was sitting on my couch thinking about how much better I felt about my body and about myself when I was in my twenties. I had a lean body, and I loved to work out. I’m not going to say that I was a supermodel or anything, but women definitely used to check me out when I walked by, and I got my share of girlfriends back then. Whenever I went to a gym or a beach, I’d always have women looking me over, and I used to love that feeling of getting that attention and feeling the rush of exercising hard.
When I saw myself in the mirror, I knew that I didn’t have it anymore, even though I don’t consider it to be all that long ago when I was in top shape. It occurred to me that now I was spending time sitting on my sofa instead of being out exercising, and it was a no-brainer that I wasn’t going to pick up any women just lounging around my living room. The scary thing was, I was so out of shape that I wasn’t even sure if I wanted to be sized up by a woman anymore. I almost felt like I was the same individual I had always been, only now the body I was living in was totally different.
He said he’d been using a wonderful Growth RX, and that I ought to go online and find Growth RX review. His body had definitely been transformed over the previous few months or so, so I told him that I wanted to know if this was the reason for it, and he informed me that this was in fact the reason. I decided that it made sense to look into.
Am I ever glad I did. I poured over all of the facts I could find regarding Growth Rx Hgh. Many people were saying good things about it, so the next step was to figure out what was in the supplement. I don’t like to pour things into my body that aren’t made of natural ingredients, but this stuff was made of natural ingredients, so I was ok there. Then I started reading about the results – increasing muscle mass, reducing body fat, helping recovery, and raising energy levels – and I decided that it was time for me to try it out.
It worked even better than I expected. I can put on pants and shorts that have been sitting in my closet unworn for more years than I care to think about. You could see the muscles ripple in my legs and in my arms. I was able to step up my work-outs considerably, and I don’t know if that was because my body was recovering so fast from the lifting I was doing or because I had so much more energy. More and more each day, I began to feel like having the same body I did in my twenties was a goal that was now attainable for me. As I realized that I was taking care of myself better, I started feeling better mentally, too, and my outlook on life improved.
It obviously made me feel like a million dollars when I was out buying some food and a hot young lady stopped and stared at me for several seconds. I loved getting that type of attention again. She wasn’t going to be the only girl getting an eyeful of me now that I was unlocking my physical potential with Growth Rx. Sure, there’s nothing wrong with sitting on the sofa and taking it easy; I’m just glad that I won’t be doing it by myself anymore.

Wonderful AMAZING selection of mens handkerchiefs!

Saturday, May 16th, 2009

This was my first marriage and I wanted to plan the perfect wedding shower. I needed assistance in planning my wedding and talked to my sister to see if she could help me with the planning. She agreed and was excited as much as I was. I know there is a lot of work to be done when planning a shower and I was eager to get started. I always was good at planning showers, so I knew I could make this wedding shower a success. Time was running out and I knew I better hurry up with all the details.
My sister and I searched for a hall to rent that was big enough to accommodate all of the guests. We found a hall close by my home. We went on the computer to look for decorations and gifts. There were a lot of themed wedding ideas that were gorgeous. I bought all my decorations and gifts for the shower. Our next step was to find shower favors. There was a lot to look at. This took some time to figure which one I wanted because they had so many to choose from. We saw a handkerchief that was so elegant, that I decided this is what I want to give my guests for a wedding favor. I also thought that I could get one for me on my wedding day. I found a lace handkerchief that was so gorgeous. I was positive that my family and friends would like the cotton handkerchiefs. I planned to get the lace handkerchief for a shower favor for all my guests.
Everything was turning out. We had the hall and ordered all the decorations, gifts and wedding favors. I had to decide what type of food I was going to get for my wedding party. I looked into catering and found out that it was costly. I went through my recipes and found some awesome dinners and side dishes that we could make. We placed the order for the cake at a bakery near us. All the planning was done. I picked out these gorgeous invitations and mailed them. All we had to do was wait until the day of the shower.
It was the day of the shower and I and my sister went to the hall early to set the tables and decorate. It took us about an hour to decorate the hall. When we were done decorating the room, we couldn’t get over how awesome the room looked. I even took pictures to remember how it looked. The tables each had a centerpiece on it and the cake was put on the same table where we but the food. We put a cotton handkerchief at each setting. If you saw the room, you would say the room looked so elegant.
I had such a good time with my family and friends after they arrived. My guests enjoyed each other’s company. We enjoyed the games and feasted on some good food. I could hear my guests say how much they loved the handkerchief. It was amazing to see how many gifts I did get. It made me sad when the shower was ending, because I really enjoyed myself and my guests did to.
At the end of the shower and when everybody was going home, my guest told me that they really loved the handkerchief. I am so glad I went with the handkerchief for the wedding favor. My special day turned out and will be remembered forever. I am so glad that my sister was there to plan the shower with me. It meant so much to me that she was a part of this.|It made me feel good that she was by my side through this.|She really touched my heart during this.[/spin] That is the reason she is my maid of honor.

Wonderful hearts wedding favor

Saturday, May 16th, 2009

The couple picked out a heart wedding for their choice of décor, and what they did with it was spectacular. The presents, the invitations, the whole nine yards, all of the things in their wedding had a heart decoration of some kind on it. The pretty heart weddings they sent out had a couple of silver hearts on the outside with the scheduling and contact information all printed so that it was right there when you opened it up. They were really quite beautiful. They picked out very elegant candle holders for the unity and tapered candles, and of course there were two small hearts dangling from the unity candle. The altar looked fabulous with all the lovely flower bouquets and the candle setting. They even had hearts hung on the end of each pew with the tulle draping from row to row. The fact that they tied the knot on Valentine’s Day no doubt had something to do with the whole hearts idea. It was an incredible wedding, highlighted by a bride that was so lovely, she could have been an angel.
Flowers and hearts abounded at the reception dinner. White roses, and some red ones, were placed in the middle of each table, and the place cards were put in holders designed around a silver hearts wedding. The wine glasses and champagne glasses made the tables sparkle. She really did do a bang up job on table décor They had their names and the date of the wedding inscribed on the wine glasses, and the champagne flutes were crystal. On the table that the wedding party sat at, the new couple had very special champagne glasses. They were double hearts wedding flutes, with the two silver hearts linked together, just like on the hearts wedding invitation they sent me.
The hearts wedding cake they had made had five layers and it was delicious. It looked as good as it tasted. The cake topper she chose, believe it or not, wasn’t a heart, but, figurines that looked exactly like the bride and groom. That cake topper was one of a kind, and it was the first time I’ve ever seen something like that. She said she bought it at a wedding website where she got all of her accessories and reception supplies. They apparently do customizing on wedding toppers, and all she had to do was send in photos of her and her fiance and they made the special cake topper couple. Something like this has to be a really super wedding keepsake.
It turned out to be a wonderful hearts wedding favor. One gift was an adorable votive candle holder, and the other was a package of coffee, decorated differently for the ladies versus the men, that came with a heart-shaped utensil to scoop the coffee with. It struck me as a neat pair of gifts to give everyone. Come to think of it, their entire wedding day was filled with sharp ideas they had. I know hearts are the a perfect choice for a Valentines Day wedding, but I was impressed with all the gorgeous decorations and accessories she found for everything. In my opinion, the wedding cake topper took the cake, so to speak. It would be great if they did that for birthdays and other ocassions too. She informed me that they had products for any kind of gathering you might be throwing, and she agreed to show me the website. They couldn’t have put it together any better, and all of the people who went had a smashing time there. I’m sure the bride and groom are having a great week in Mexico too. I’m looking forward to hearing all about it, and checking out the photos when they get back. From the pictures on the pamphlets she had, it looks like a beautiful place to visit.

Wonderful Duck Wedding Favors!

Saturday, May 16th, 2009

Kids need bathtub toys, and Sesame Street’s Ernie even sang a song about one of the classics, a tune called ‘Rubber Duckie You’re the One.’ I wasn’t really sure about this theme at first until I checked out all the cute little accessories and all the possibilities of having rubber duck favors. It was a lot simpler to put together such a baby shower than I anticipated it would be, especially with all of the outstanding input I gleaned from suring the Internet. There are a lot of adorable little duck favors and decorations to be found on the internet for baby showers and even toddler birthday parties.
I put tables that could seat four apiece in my basement rec room since that was plenty big enough for this size crowd. On one end of the room was a table for all the shower gifts and on the other side of the room I had a buffet style table set up with all kinds of finger foods, drinks and deserts, including an adorable little yellow duck shaped cake with the words baby girl on the bottom layer. There were posters of Donald and Daisy Duck, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, and the rest of the Disney cast all over the place, and the Daisy Duck one was huge.
The place card holders I bought and put out at the shower were miniature pink picture frames that had a little ducky in each of the corners. The table settings had duck themed napkins, cup, paper plates, duck candles, and a duck-decorated punch bowl. I set the punch bowl, which was made of glass, inside of a bathtub for a baby that was made to look like a duck; the tub was just something I picked up at a nearby store. When you looked at it, you just wanted to say, ‘aww, how sweet.’ I also bought duck molds and filled them with yellow colored water for duck shaped ice cubes. I took my duck idea to great extremes.
I got some of my suggestions from friends at the school I work at, but most of my ideas came from browsing the internet. On the Internet is where I found duck shower favors, such as the wonderful rubber duck favor bookmarkers I found, and the duck candles, too. Everyone thought they were so cute and they made super party gifts for the games we played too.
Before the guests starting arriving I filled a big square container with water and placed little rubber ducks in it. Every duck had a number on the under side of it, and every guest grabbed one duck out of the tub as they walked in. Later on I drew a number out of a fish bowl and the person with that number won a prize. We also did the old game where you try to guess which person belongs to which baby picture. The guests were told in advance to take a baby picture of theirs to the shower with them, and then we put them all on a board and put the board in the front of the room. Each guest got a chance to check out the board and see how many pictures they were able to match up with the faces of the other guests. The winner was the person who guessed right on the most of them, and they were awarded a shower favor.
The new mom had a bounty of awsome gifts for her baby, and good times were had by all. Going on the net to help me put together this shower was an outstanding decision. I didn’t know how it would all come together, but it all worked out very well in the end. Going with the whole duck genre worked out swimmingly.

Wonderful Ceramic Wedding Gifts

Saturday, May 16th, 2009

When you are planning a wedding and reception I think the hardest part is trying to find the perfect wedding favor for your guests. You can go with lovely crystal favors, ceramic wedding favors, and even a more practical gift like household items. Whatever your preference, I found out there are an awful lot of each to choose from.
I’ve even found ceramic favors for my country themed wedding ceremony and reception party. Every possible motif you could think of for your wedding and reception will still work with ceramic thank you gifts. Like the little tea caddys that I ran across online with nice black ceramic wedding trays to place them on. Some of the selection I checked out were tea lights, flower vases, and candle holders that would make awesome ceramic wedding gifts. In fact, there were so many to choose from, and like I said before, gift shopping is the hardest part of planning a wedding, so, I saved that for last.
So, my tables were first on my list to be accessorized. My centerpieces fit right in with a country western motif, as I used metal buckets filled with daisies, and used tablecloths with red and white checks over all the picnic tables. I bought adorable little barbecue grills as place card holders, which I let all the guests keep after the reception. Since we were having a family cookout instead of having our party catered, I thought the little grills were a nice added touch. We had cowboy shaped glasses to drink from and little tiny cowboy hats at each guests place setting to add to the western motif. As ceramic wedding favors, I chose the pretty ceramic honey pots with heart shaped handles instead of the tea caddies for our friends and family. They were so adorable and they fit right in with the country motif of our reception. There were also beautiful candle holders that would have made a wonderful ceramic favor for our guests, and I almost decided on that. With all the great decorating accessories at my disposal, our tables had the look of a real country wedding, and the rest of the motif was perfect too.
With the haystacks we set up and the white lights twinkled in the trees, it was the epitome of a country wedding. Talk about a western themed wedding cake topper, ours was one of a cowgirl hog tying her groom and probably taking him to the preacher. Our wedding cake topper was the hit of the evening, everyone loves a good laugh. We all had a night to remember, with dancing, partying and lots of great laughs. The kids really had a great time on the hayride we had all fixed up for everyone, and that had to be one of the best times ever.
All of the people that were in our wedding ceremony got little gifts from us, like our bridesmaids and groomsmen. For the men in the wedding party, my fiance had chosen these cool cowboy steins and thank you gifts, and I chose delicate little ceramic party favors for the ladies. But for the little flower girl and the ring boy we bought tee shirts that had flower girl and ringboy printed on them. Our wedding party and all our guests seemed to like the wedding favors we bought them.
I also bought a few extras for myself, like a sharp little western themed guestbook and pen, picture album and I even ordered a cowboy hat for me and my husband that said bride and groom on them. I was hoping a country western wedding and reception would be cool, but I never thought it could have been so fantastic and that everyone would have such a wonderful time.

Great ideas for your memory book

Monday, May 11th, 2009

We go through a lot of days that we’d like to remember forever in our lifetimes. One idea of treasured memories are your baby shower, bridal shower, your wedding, and many others, to be sure. I have photo memory books that I really cherish to help my relive those special days over and over again. I have one photo memory book devoted to the bridal shower my sister put on for me with some of my friends. We took a lot of pictures that serve as wonderful reminders of what a fabulous night that was. I’ve got pictures of the lovely decorations they had for my party and all the places we went that night, and all the fun things we did. The camera doesn’t lie: we had a blast. Some of the exotic male dancers we saw posed for a couple of shots. They were really awesome up there on the stage. That was my only foray into the world of exotic dancers, and it was memorable. They may not be as famous as the Chippendale dancers, but these were more than entertaining, that’s for sure.
We got a wedding memory book along with everything else I was purchasing when I was preparing for our wedding. I’m glad I got one with as many pages as I did. In fact I knew to buy a couple of them, so I’d have enough space for all the pictures. Once the books were full, I still had pictures left over. One album had a space for our wedding guests to write their names in it. Our last initial was on the front of our beautiful personalized memory books, with my first initial to the left of it and my husband’s to the right of it. The ribbon made of satin and the special fabric made the album have a very classy touch. Fortunately, you can add pages to them if you have to, which of course we did.
I made sure that I had books to hold all my memories of every important event in my life so far. I don’t throw out my keepsake memory books, so I’m sure I’ll accumulate more and more. At the moment, I have books from my baby shower, wedding, and bachelorette party. My boy is one year old and my daughter’s about to turn three. We got her a pink book and him a blue one because we decided to find out ahead of time what sex they’d be. I keep everything from their christenings to their first steps in these books. The baby memory books have pictures, handprints, and birth certificates stored there, too. The shower and wedding albums contain one of the inviations that were sent out for each occasion as well. I could open up a photo gallery with all of the pictures I have stored away.
In spite of my husband’s frequent grumbling, I will keep those albums in my closet, because they are mementos of days that were special to me. Of course, now I’m going to be shooting home videos on a camcorder that I recently purchased, so I’m focusing on making space on some shelving in the living room. With all the videos I plan to record and all the picture albums and memory books I’ve acquired, not to mention all that I intend to aquire, I’ll probably have to make more room in other closets around the house. Well, a person needs to be able to go back in time every now and then, that’s just a part of who I am. The years ahead with our children are memories I want to hang on to for the rest of my life, and I definitely intend to.

Great ideas for bride and groom gifts

Monday, May 11th, 2009

The bachelor party, the girls night out party, and engagement parties, all have one thing in common, the bride and groom gifts. There are a lot of neat little gifts that you can give your bride and groom to be at these parties. A number of the gifts my husband and I got were rather remarkable. Some of the things we got were quite innovative, while most of the people at our engagement party just gave us cash, which was alright with us, every little bit helps when you are just started out. We got baseball tickets, gift certificates, wedding champagne, and a lot of small things along those lines. We didn’t really expect many gifts, since gifts are optional at an engagement party, but a number of our relatives and friends got us some regardless.
At my husbands bachelor party the guys bought him some cool tee shirts that had things printed on it like, how he survived his bachelor party and one that just said groom on the front. A mug with groom on it was another groom gift we got, along with a sun visor and set of wine bottles that were made for a man about to get married. He also got to keep the ball and chain they made him wear all night and an inflatable woman they gave him as gag gifts. The guys had other funny groom bride gifts they gave him, to ad to the merriment of his bachelor party. My girls night out party was fantastic too and I got a lot of gag gifts, but also quite a few nice bride gifts too. I got a beautiful evening bag made of white satin with a white ribbon across the top and under a lovely crystal button clasp. There were some feminine items like a manicure set in the bag, along with a tee shirt and pin that were designed for the bride to wear at a bachelorette party. But I think my favorite little novelty bride gift was a throw pillow that said ‘tonight’ on one side, and ‘not tonight’ on the other. It was definitely an unusual and funny throw pillow.
At our wedding reception there were no gag gifts, just very nice bride and groom wedding gifts from all of our friends and family. We got about three toasters, four blenders and lots of waffle irons, but that is to be expected when you have so many people attending your wedding. I was fortunate enough to receive a certain food processor and some fine china that I had requested on my bridal registry. My husband just adored the billards table and bar set that his parents gave us, and I know we will get a lot of use out of that. As a wedding gift from my mom and dad they bought our plane tickets for our honeymoon to the Greek Isles. We got a tremendous amount of lovely presents from our friends and relatives, all of whom we adore so much.
They are what helped to make our day so special, just being there to share it with us, meant the world to both of us. They were with us every step of the way, from our engagement party to the wedding and to the reception dinner. Being surrounded with great, supportive people like them is what makes life so much more enjoyable. Having those crazy friends that go all out to give you the best girls night out party or a super cool bachelor party, means a lot too. There is never a dull moment in our lives with the super great friends we have. Thank you notes could never begin to express how much we appreciate their love and support.

Great ideas for Wedding Party Invitations

Monday, May 11th, 2009

The first thing I did when I decided to give my girlfriend a bridal shower was to put together a list of everything I was going to need for thte shower. Goal number one was finding a party invitation. Now I’m one of those women that really doesn’t like shopping where I have to fight the crowds, or wait in line for price checks, so I decided to go online and see what I could come up with for the bridal shower. I hit the jackpot there. The options I had were staggering, and the cost was very low. The price I paid on some things were almost criminal. The bridal shower invitations were really nice with silver writing on the front and pearl embossed borders. The site also had standard party invitations, bachelorette party invitations, and many  types of invitations.
I found some darling place card holders for the party as well, among other things. One of the things I found was a little bridal guest book for everyone to sign and for the bride, to be, to keep a record of every gift she received. One style of place card holders caught my fancy. They had these little plastic handbags that I filled with colorful little candies and found place cards with pink lilies printed on them. They looked so nice on the party tables along with the decorations and party favors I chose for everyone. No matter what the reason for the gathering, they have an appropriate favor box to go with it. I chose little floral patterned boxes which I stacked on a cake plate in layers and sat on the gift table. It looked very decorative like that and each lady just took a gift from the plate. I settled on manicure kits for our thank you gifts, and then I got a few more things to be handed out to the winners of the contests that we were going to hold. I found some random things to hand out as awards, such as unique key rings, little vanity mirrors, and special soaps.
I went online and got some great game ideas for the party too. There was a real funny one called ‘Take It Off ‘ where everyone puts a paper bag over their heads and then the hostess tells everyone to remove one article, and you’d be surprised how many ladies don’t think to remove the bag. That is a funny experience you’ll never forget. We also played bridal bingo and a couple other funny games. Deciding to surf the web was an excellent thing to do since I saw all kinds of things I could use and a good portion of them were very affordable. The favors and invitations I bought were a bargain. I paid a fraction of what I had expected, I had lots of accessories to choose from and I didn’t have to go with inferior products. I had to tell the bride to be all about this website I go to, because they have an awesome selection of wedding invitations and favors too, and I thought she should know about it. She’ll have a lot of options when she uses this site, and it will save her a pretty penny, which all newlyweds need. I know it helped to make this bridal shower a success. The bridal shower was a sensation, and everyone there liked their shower favors, too. The last thing to do is to send them all thank yous for being a guest at the shower. Naturally, I bought the cards for thank yous over the Intenet as well. With all the web has to offer, I’m helping my friend plan her sons’ birthday party.

Great ideas for Mikasa Crystal Wedding!

Monday, May 11th, 2009

The wedding I went to last week was all set up with gorgeous mikasa crystal accessories for all the reception tables. The place settings were so lovely with all the mikasa crystalsand gorgeous mikasa crystal glassware. The bride really has excellent taste in wedding décor and knows how to set an exquisite table. The mikasa accessories she had really added sparkle and elegance to her already beautiful table settings.
The place cards rested on the tails of these very beautiful little silver doves. The centerpieces she chose really helped to bring out the beauty of her reception tables. The exquisite pillar candles she had for her centerpieces were so lovely with the floral ring around them. They also chose very impressive thank you gifts for all of the guests. At every table setting was a lovely gift of mikasa crystal wedding favors. The beautiful mikasa crystal was packaged in such lovely favor boxes with nice little thank you hang tags attached.
Their wedding cake was another spectacular sight to behold with five layers of luscious chocolate with chocolate cream cheese in between each layer. Their wedding cake topper was really extra special. She found a place online where she got most of her accessories and supplies that make customized cake toppers. They make figurines that look just like the bride and groom for the topper and all it takes is sending them a couple head shots of the happy couple. It was absolutely perfect. I had to find out where she ordered her wedding accessories from, the cake topper would be great for my mom and dads’ renewal wedding for their anniversary.
I think one of the funniest part of this whole thing was when it was time for the garter toss. All those single men gathered together with a growing excitement while they watched the groom remove the leg garter from his bride. As the garter flew through the air, they were all falling into each other as they tried desperately to grab it up. The funniest part though, is that the winner of the garter toss was a widower in his 70’s that didn’t even want to participate in the toss. The old guy walked away with a big smile on his face.
For the bridal toast we all had crystal champagne flutes, that we were also given to take home, with the names of the bride and groom, and date of the wedding printed on them. After the best man said his speech and we toasted the bride and groom, it was time for their first dance together as man and wife. They looked so fantastic up there dancing together. After their first dance was over, the dance floor was over run with couples. My poor feet suffered the consequences of my all night dancing.
We all wished the bride and groom good luck as they left for their honeymoon. Hawaii was the honeymoon destination, from what I was told by one of the guests. I’m sure their honeymoon will be just as wonderful as their wedding day was. The remaining guests stayed behind for hours and continued to party.
I received my thank you note for my gift and my presence at the wedding and reception, after only two weeks. I was surprised to receive a thank you so soon. By the way, I did find out how she could afford a mikasa wedding favor and that delightful cake topper. I’m ordering what I need for my parents anniversary wedding party today.

Great idea for Jewelry boxes

Monday, May 11th, 2009

There are watch jewelry boxes, earring jewelry boxes, and about any other kind of specialized jewelry box you can think of. The boxes can be designed in a wide variety of ways. My daughter bought a few for her and her bridesmaids and the party guests. That was just the beginning of what I discovered while surfing the web for gift ideas. They have some pretty nice suggestions for wedding decors, from traditional to themed. The décor my daughter and her groom went with had a fairy tale look and feel to it. She really did look like Cinderella at the ball in her lovely wedding gown and long veil, and I must admit my son in law looked just as good as Prince Charming in his stunning tux. The ceremony was delightful. A horse drawn carriage with a driver in classical attire swept the two of them away from the church after the ceremony was over.
The reception had small white lights to add with the tulle that was draped above and tall flower vases scattered all about the room. The tables at the reception had silvery sparkles and wonderful flower arrangements, and the bride and groom table sat in front of an arrangement of red and white roses with ivy strung along an arch. For place card holders she found these silver dove tea light holders that really added glimmer to her settings. All the lady guests received small jewelry boxes with sculpted flowers and little crystals to add to its beauty. All the guys got a key chain with a frog wearing a crown and royal robe on them, which represented the infamous frog prince. The personalized jewelry boxes for the bridesmaids had black velvet-lined interiors and were made of wood and sliver-plated. The date of the wedding and name of the happy couple were inscribed in the boxes. The thank you gift my daughter gave the girls was very warmly received. The jewelry box she got them looked very nice, but it was in fact a wholesale jewelry box and I had one like it myself for a long time. Each of the groomsmen received a set of wine gifts and their names etched in a tiny plaque. Those were great, one of a kind thank you gifts, in my opinion.
The three-layered wedding cake they had was topped in debounair fashion with a small castle as the wedding cake topper. My daughter picked out champagne flutes and a cake serving set to tie in with the fairytale-themed cake. I couldn’t believe all the super accessories she got and it didn’t cost her anywhere near what I thought it would cost. They were firm about the fact that they did not want us to cover the bills from the wedding even though, as parents of the bride, we made it clear to them that we expected to pay for everything.
The first dance for the bride and groom was like something in a movie, and it was very emotional for me. It truly looked like something out of a fairytale, just like the ball in the Cinderella story. The guys got so rowdy trying to catch the garter, during the garter toss, that they had me laughing to no end. My daughter’s wedding day was as magical as she imagined it would be, and the whole thing was so special. Her ideal honeymoon is where they are at the moment, and I’m sure it will be wonderful, too. When they return, I want a full description of all the wonderful places they visited while sight seeing.

Wonderful wedding toasting flutes

Wednesday, May 6th, 2009

A wintertime theme was my idea of the perfect wedding theme, so we got married in January. There are so many beautiful accessories and reception supplies to make the perfect wintery wedding dream come true. Presents, invitations, reception supplies – you name it, there are all sorts of things out there for any type of wedding decor. We went with a cool blue and silver look to our ceremony. We also had fake snow and lovely candles at the altar, including our winter themed unity candle. It was a magical wedding.
All of the reception tables had red table runners and white tablecloths. I had beautiful white orchids in gorgeous silver vases for our centerpieces and they went so well with the winter décor. I ran across some snowball ornament place card holders, and I used those for the reception. Whether we use them as ornaments or place card holders, they look fabulous, and they can be used for either. As wedding thank you gifts for our friends and family we decided on these fabolous toasting flutes and little novelty champagne bottles favors with bubbles. As thank yous, wedding toasting flutes are hard to beat. All of our tables were magnificently set up and shined with all the glitter and glamour of the winter time. We had a wedding cake with three layers; underneath it was a cake stand in the form of a sled, and above it was a cake topper made out of porcelain in the form of a snowflake. I picked out the cake serving set on the net, and it had wintery designs on it, too. The handles had little snowflakes done in white and wintry blue colors. It fit in seamlessly with the pen and guestbook set I had purchased.
The handles on the champagne flute matched the sign in book and cake serving set we had, all with winter designs. The other things on our wedding table went perfectly with them, and they were designed with a wintery blue and white look with snowflakes mixed in. The people who attended our reception liked the presents and place card holders they brought home with them, and the banquet hall looked just gorgeous. We got our flower girl a necklace and we we let her keep the small crown she wore in the ceremony, and she was pleased with both of them. Our ring bearer was excited because he got his own tee shirt and a yo-yo made of stainless steel. For my bridesmaids I chose tank tops with bridesmaid written across in in crystals and for my maid of honor I picked out a maid of honor shirt and a crystal bracelet. The men’s presents were handled by my groom. The guys that stood up in our wedding all got digital clocks, with the best man got his own mug and pen set. I could tell that all of our friends and family were having a fantastic time at the reception and they all seemed to like the little favors and gifts we bought for them.
Everything at our wedding and reception was fantastic and I owe it all to the wonderful selection of accessories and supplies I found online. We also saved a little money by shopping online, with all the discounts and wholesale items they had to choose from. I found supplies for both the wedding and the honeymoon online. We got a ‘Do Not Disturb’ pillow to hang on our doorknob, along with hats and shirts for newlyweds. The decorative little pillow really came in handy.

Wonderful keepsake gifts

Giving my relatives and friends a wonderful, unforgettable time on my wedding day was a top priority for me. The presents and favors I got everyone were things that could be treasured for a lifetime. I wanted them to have something that will help them remember what a great time they had at our reception and how beautiful our ceremony was. That’s why I started with keepsake gifts and worked my way down to a keepsake gift. On the web, there are a ton of ideas and options for wedding and reception accessories and supplies. All of the things that I needed for my reception were there
My reception table centerpieces had flowers and scented candles surrounded by lace in a ceramic candle holder. The place card holders, which I also discovered on the Internet, looked exquisite next to the flower arrangements.
The place card holders I decided on were beautiful beaded picture frames that the guests could all keep after the reception. As far as gifts for our guests went, I made sure I gave them all practical favors that would also make great gift keepsakes. I just never saw the point to giving out wedding favors that no one can get any use out of. If it has no usefullness, it’s probably going to be discarded or forgotten. My loved ones were going to get something they’d genuinely appreciate, if I had anything to say about it. So I chose bistro coffee mugs for each of our friends and family’s gift. They are very decorative and a coffee mug is something everyone can use. They came in their own little packages, so I didn’t have to worry about finding favor boxes, I just ordered some festive hang tags to put on each one.
I found so much online that I could use for our wedding reception. The cake topper we got ‘took the cake,’ so to speak. I wanted a cake topper that had some importance to us.
We were playing football together the first time we met, in a friend’s backyard. He tried a tackle that was, let’s just say, unforgettable, so I picked out a cake topper of a bride and groom with a football. The memories of my wedding day and the day we first met are both triggered by that cake topper. [spin]I was really surprised that I had found such a novel wedding cake topper as this one was, and not only that, I also found gorgeous wedding
