We picked January for the wedding day since I have always wanted a wedding that had a winter motif. There are so many beautiful accessories and reception supplies to make the perfect wintery wedding dream come true. Presents, invitations, reception supplies – you name it, there are all sorts of things out there for any type of wedding decor. The colors at our wedding centered around silver and an icy blue. The unity candle was surrounded by other candles with a winter style to them, along with simulated snowflakes on the altar. It really was a gorgeous wedding ceremony.
All of the reception tables had red table runners and white tablecloths. I had beautiful white orchids in gorgeous silver vases for our centerpieces and they went so well with the winter décor. As for our place card holders I found the most lovely snowball ornament card holders for our reception. Whether we use them as ornaments or place card holders, they look fabulous, and they can be used for either. As wedding thank you gifts for our friends and family we decided on these lovely toasting flutes and little novelty champagne bottles favors with bubbles. As thank yous, wedding toasting flutes are hard to beat. When you looked at our reception tables, all you could think of was the pristine majesty of the wintertime. The wedding cake topper we picked out was a snowflake made of porcelain, and our three-layered wedding cake sat atop a cake stand that was shaped like a sleigh. The artwork on the serving set for our cake, that I purchased over the Internet, also had a winter look to it. Small snowflakes in shades of blue and white were on the handles. It fit in seamlessly with the pen and guestbook set I had purchased.
The artwork on the the cake serving utensils and the guestbook was identical to that on the personalized toasting flute, and they all looked brilliant. The coloring scheme was cool blue and white with a few small snowflakes to match everything else on our table. The people who attended our reception liked the presents and place card holders they brought home with them, and the banquet hall looked just gorgeous. We got our flower girl a necklace and we we let her keep the small crown she wore in the ceremony, and she was pleased with both of them. Our ring bearer was excited because he got his own tee shirt and a yo-yo made of stainless steel. I got my maid of honor a bracelet made of crystal, and all of my bridesmaids received tank tops with their names written on them in small crystals. The men’s presents were handled by my groom. For his groomsmen, he has ordered digital portable clocks and for his best man, a nice novelty pen desk set and best man mug. I think everyone was really happy with the thank you favors they received and I think they all had a great time at the reception.
Everything at our wedding and reception was fantastic and I owe it all to the wonderful selection of accessories and supplies I found online. The prices that we found on the Internet were so good that we saved a significant amount of money by looking there. I not only found things for our wedding, but they also had items I could use on our honeymoon. We got a ‘Do Not Disturb’ pillow to hang on our doorknob, along with hats and shirts for newlyweds. The decorative little pillow really came in handy.

I really enjoyed the convenience of shopping online and having all my supplies delivered to my door, saved me the trouble of running all over town. I found everything from invitations to wedding favors, and some items at wholesale prices. Our invitations weren’t the only thing I saved money on, I also saved on other accessories too. I saved money on all the tiaras I needed for myself, bridesmaids and my flower girl, plus a lot of other accessories, like flower girl basket, rose petals and I also found terrific ring bearer pillow wedding suggestions. I was surprised there could be so many styles and designs for wedding ring pillows.
They had all the reception supplies I could hope for. Along with the glassware I added beautiful candles to make each table setting as elegant as possible. If you need favors for themed weddings or destination weddings, they have that too. If I were having a Vegas theme reception I could have gotten the cute little novelty favors they have for it, like keychains, photo books and more.
The crystal paperweights I bought made the perfect little thank you gifts for our guests. They were really lovely, so lovely I hated to package them, but the favor boxes were very decorative and added that extra special something to our tables. Out of everything I bought, I loved my cake topper the most. The cake topper was the most exquisite part of our wedding cake. The beautiful satin bow and butterfly just made our cake even more beautiful.
I got so many compliments on my décor and wedding favor gifts. Some of the guests came up and thanked me for their gifts and told me how beautiful they were. What I really liked about this place I shopped was the fact they have more than just cake toppers and a ring bearer pillow. Then I can order the favors in pink or blue, even though there are other neutral colors I could choose.
I want to thank my mom for pointing me towards this easy way to shop, it saved me a lot of time and money. My mom also helped me so much with arranging my reception and helping me get the thank you cards all done. Thanks for all of your wonderful suggestions and all of your help, mom. This is one way of shopping that will come in handy for our anniversary someday. I saw some pretty nice ideas for anniversary parties, from decorations to anniversary party favors. Monday, November 30th, 2009Once we decided on a beach wedding, I started looking for all my accessories and supplies they had in a beach motif. The first thing to get was the invitations for our beach themed wedding. One thing I discovered was to be sure you always buy extra invitations, just in case you make a mistake and have yourself a do over, like I did. Now that the invitations were in the mail, it was time to find my beautiful beach wedding dress. There were so many options for beach wedding dresses and gowns, that it was a tough decision to make. The full length bridal gowns were so beautiful, but I was afraid they may be too uncomfortable for a beach wedding. I picked out a gorgeous spaghetti strapped dress made of satin and lace with beautiful little beads scattered around it, in a knee length.
Linen beach dresses with a crocheted halter covering was what I chose for my bridesmaids. My handsome groom wore a sky blue linen shirt and white linen pants and his groomsmen wore white linen shirts with sand colored linen pants. The little ring boy wore a white cotton shirt and khaki shorts, and our flower girl was so cute in a light fabric sundress. I found the most lovely flower bouquets for the bridesmaids and myself, and the entire wedding party looked absolutely perfect.
I kept thinking how I should have bought two leather wedding albums, because I wanted lots of pictures of our wonderful beach wedding and reception. I expect photos of every person here and everything at our wedding including our reception and the beautiful beach décor. Pictures of our satin canopy and flowered arch where we stood to take our vows was a definite must. When the ceremony was over, my new husband and I went to our hotel room to change into some more comfortable beach outfits. In fact a few of the bridesmaids and groomsmen also left to change, while others just wore swim suits under their wedding attire. We told all of our guests to dress casually.
Everyone thought our reception tables were so beautiful with all the beach themed wedding accessories I had found for them. There were so many other beach themed accessories to choose from, along with our gorgeous wedding album. The little beach chairs I found worked out perfectly as place card holders and they made great little picture frames too. The guests seemed to like them, and I thought they were just adorable. There were a lot of nice comments made by our guests on how lovely everything looked. To help add to the atmosphere, I also bought some of their beautiful gel candles and placed them on all the tables, along with a few tiki torches here and there. Planning this beach wedding and reception was a lot easier than I thought it would be, with all the accessories and supplies they had. Everything was like a dream come true, with the beautiful ocean waves and the warm summer sands as our wedding chapel and reception location.

All the groomsmen wore linen white shirts and sand colored pants and my husband, to be looked so handsome in his blue linen shirt and white pants. With all the pictures I wanted taken of our wedding ceremony and reception, maybe I should have bought two personalized wedding albums. I planned to have pictures of all the fantastic decorations at our wedding and reception and photos of every guest that attended. I especially wanted photos of us taking our vows under the beautiful flowered arch and satin canopy we had put up. Directly after the ceremony we left to change into more suitable beach wear for the reception party. Some of the bridesmaids and groomsmen wore their swim wear under their wedding clothes, and some went home to change. The guests were informed on the invitations to wear casual clothing.

I just placed my order and they delivered them, and it sure was better than running from store to store. I found everything from invitations to wedding favors, and some items at wholesale prices. There was also quite a few other items that I was able to get at a discount. I saved on items like wedding tiaras for my bridesmaids, flower girl, and also bought my bridal tiara, flower girl basket, flower petals and checked out some great ring bearer pillow wedding suggestions. I couldn’t believe all the adorable ideas for satin ring pillows.
I couldn’t believe the lovely centerpieces and champagne flutes there were for the guests, with special bride and groom flutes too. There were elegant choices of candles and glassware to enhance my tables. There was such an assortment of themed wedding and destination wedding ideas, and a great selection of wedding favors too. I also want to thank her for helping with the reception arrangements and filling out all those thank you cards. I couldn’t have done it without you, mom. I found suggestions that would be perfect for our mom and dayd’s 30th wedding anniversary party. My sister and I should get together and discuss it. The artwork on the serving set for our cake, that I purchased over the Internet, also had a winter look to it. There was an icy blue shade to the handles which was accentuated with white snowflakes. Perfect for our themed reception and the handles matched with the winter wedding guestbook and pen I picked out.
For the special toasting flute, we had beautifully designed winter wedding themed flutes with handles that were exactly like the cake server set and guestbook. They had the little snowflakes and were done in white and icy blue colors and were really exquisite with all the other winter themed accessories on our wedding table. The people who attended our reception liked the presents and place card holders they brought home with them, and the banquet hall looked just gorgeous. We got our flower girl a necklace and we we let her keep the small crown she wore in the ceremony, and she was pleased with both of them. The ring boy thought the ring bearer tee shirt and stainless steel yoyo was pretty cool. For my bridesmaids I chose tank tops with bridesmaid written across in in crystals and for my maid of honor I picked out a maid of honor shirt and a crystal bracelet. My fiance took care of shopping for the guys. For his groomsmen, he has ordered digital portable clocks and for his best man, a nice novelty pen desk set and best man mug. I think everyone was really happy with the thank you favors they received and I think they all had a great time at the reception.
Everything at our wedding and reception was fantastic and I owe it all to the wonderful selection of accessories and supplies I found online. The prices that we found on the Internet were so good that we saved a significant amount of money by looking there. I found supplies for both the wedding and the honeymoon online. Like the bride and groom hats and tee shirts and the cute little door hanger pillow that says do not disturb. We got plenty of use out of that pillow.
