Beautiful Hearts Wedding Favors!

Sunday, June 14th, 2009

What could be more romantic than a wedding held in the month of Februrary? It seemed like a great idea me, so I opted to have my wedding day decorated with the emblem of love all over our wedding ceremony and reception. My initial purchase was a stunning tiara that I discovered while browsing on the web. There were many wonderful decorations and supplies to choose from, such as the invitations I bought. The invitations I sent out were little cards with two little silver hearts on the front. The inside was very pretty to look at, and it had everything printed out in there already when we received them, so all we had to do was write in the place and time and we were all set.
When the invitations were completed, I had to go forward with putting together the exact products that I would use. I selected a red velvet set of ribbons and bows that I would put on the end of and string between the church pews. At the altar were candelabras and our beautiful unity candle with the heart of little roses on the front. On the scene at the wedding, we put many pink and red roses mixed together, in the floral bouquet that I carried. It may have been a touch extravagant, but I’ve always wanted to have doves released as we left the church building, so we did, and it I thought it was wonderful.
Everything looked amazing for our hearts wedding ceremony and the bridesmaids looked so beautiful walking down the aisle. Of course my groom was very handsome standing at the altar in his tux. Even the church decorations were exquisite with tulle draping on the pew rows and all the candles lit up in the church. The ribbons and bows really helped to set it off nicely. I hoped the reception turned out as well as the ceremony.I worked so hard on planning everything. I found what I believed to be the best in a hearts wedding favor for each of our guests and special hearts wedding favors for everyone in our wedding party too.

The centerpieces we had made up for the reception dinner had tiny hearts intermixed with roses that were white, pink, and red. We placed two hearts wedding candles on each table in order to create the ambiance of romance that I wanted to achieve, and they were accompanied by the what I considered to be the best place card holders available. I picked out small silver bells with handles in the form of a heart to give each of our guests as a present that would be a memento of our wedding. Our wedding cake was decorated with little hearts all around the bottom layer and little tiny pink and red roses trimmed each layer. Our hearts wedding cake had a white porcelain topper on it that complimented the rest of our cake décor beautifully.
The hearts and flowers that saturated our wedding made it the very definition of what a love-filled, Valentine’s Day wedding should be. I’m just glad I had the internet to turn to, it made everything so much easier.

Wonderful hearts wedding favor

The couple picked out a heart wedding for their choice of décor, and what they did with it was spectacular. The presents, the invitations, the whole nine yards, all of the things in their wedding had a heart decoration of some kind on it. The pretty heart weddings they sent out had a couple of silver hearts on the outside with the scheduling and contact information all printed so that it was right there when you opened it up. They were really quite beautiful. They picked out very elegant candle holders for the unity and tapered candles, and of course there were two small hearts dangling from the unity candle. The altar looked fabulous with all the lovely flower bouquets and the candle setting. They even had hearts hung on the end of each pew with the tulle draping from row to row. The fact that they tied the knot on Valentine’s Day no doubt had something to do with the whole hearts idea. It was an incredible wedding, highlighted by a bride that was so lovely, she could have been an angel.
Flowers and hearts abounded at the reception dinner. White roses, and some red ones, were placed in the middle of each table, and the place cards were put in holders designed around a silver hearts wedding. The wine glasses and champagne glasses made the tables sparkle. She really did do a bang up job on table décor They had their names and the date of the wedding inscribed on the wine glasses, and the champagne flutes were crystal. On the table that the wedding party sat at, the new couple had very special champagne glasses. They were double hearts wedding flutes, with the two silver hearts linked together, just like on the hearts wedding invitation they sent me.
The hearts wedding cake they had made had five layers and it was delicious. It looked as good as it tasted. The cake topper she chose, believe it or not, wasn’t a heart, but, figurines that looked exactly like the bride and groom. That cake topper was one of a kind, and it was the first time I’ve ever seen something like that. She said she bought it at a wedding website where she got all of her accessories and reception supplies. They apparently do customizing on wedding toppers, and all she had to do was send in photos of her and her fiance and they made the special cake topper couple. Something like this has to be a really super wedding keepsake.
It turned out to be a wonderful hearts wedding favor. One gift was an adorable votive candle holder, and the other was a package of coffee, decorated differently for the ladies versus the men, that came with a heart-shaped utensil to scoop the coffee with. It struck me as a neat pair of gifts to give everyone. Come to think of it, their entire wedding day was filled with sharp ideas they had. I know hearts are the a perfect choice for a Valentines Day wedding, but I was impressed with all the gorgeous decorations and accessories she found for everything. In my opinion, the wedding cake topper took the cake, so to speak. It would be great if they did that for birthdays and other ocassions too. She informed me that they had products for any kind of gathering you might be throwing, and she agreed to show me the website. They couldn’t have put it together any better, and all of the people who went had a smashing time there. I’m sure the bride and groom are having a great week in Mexico too. I’m looking forward to hearing all about it, and checking out the photos when they get back. From the pictures on the pamphlets she had, it looks like a beautiful place to visit.
