There are watch jewelry boxes, earring jewelry boxes, and about any other kind of specialized jewelry box you can think of. The boxes can be designed in a wide variety of ways. My daughter bought a few for her and her bridesmaids and the party guests. That was just the beginning of what I discovered while surfing the web for gift ideas. They have some pretty nice suggestions for wedding decors, from traditional to themed. The décor my daughter and her groom went with had a fairy tale look and feel to it. She really did look like Cinderella at the ball in her lovely wedding gown and long veil, and I must admit my son in law looked just as good as Prince Charming in his stunning tux. The ceremony was delightful. A horse drawn carriage with a driver in classical attire swept the two of them away from the church after the ceremony was over.
The reception had small white lights to add with the tulle that was draped above and tall flower vases scattered all about the room. The tables at the reception had silvery sparkles and wonderful flower arrangements, and the bride and groom table sat in front of an arrangement of red and white roses with ivy strung along an arch. For place card holders she found these silver dove tea light holders that really added glimmer to her settings. All the lady guests received small jewelry boxes with sculpted flowers and little crystals to add to its beauty. All the guys got a key chain with a frog wearing a crown and royal robe on them, which represented the infamous frog prince. The personalized jewelry boxes for the bridesmaids had black velvet-lined interiors and were made of wood and sliver-plated. The date of the wedding and name of the happy couple were inscribed in the boxes. The thank you gift my daughter gave the girls was very warmly received. The jewelry box she got them looked very nice, but it was in fact a wholesale jewelry box and I had one like it myself for a long time. Each of the groomsmen received a set of wine gifts and their names etched in a tiny plaque. Those were great, one of a kind thank you gifts, in my opinion.
The three-layered wedding cake they had was topped in debounair fashion with a small castle as the wedding cake topper. My daughter picked out champagne flutes and a cake serving set to tie in with the fairytale-themed cake. I couldn’t believe all the super accessories she got and it didn’t cost her anywhere near what I thought it would cost. They were firm about the fact that they did not want us to cover the bills from the wedding even though, as parents of the bride, we made it clear to them that we expected to pay for everything.
The first dance for the bride and groom was like something in a movie, and it was very emotional for me. It truly looked like something out of a fairytale, just like the ball in the Cinderella story. The guys got so rowdy trying to catch the garter, during the garter toss, that they had me laughing to no end. My daughter’s wedding day was as magical as she imagined it would be, and the whole thing was so special. Her ideal honeymoon is where they are at the moment, and I’m sure it will be wonderful, too. When they return, I want a full description of all the wonderful places they visited while sight seeing.

Great idea for Jewelry boxes
Monday, May 11th, 2009Wonderful Wholesale Jewelry Boxes!
Wednesday, May 6th, 2009Picking out the accessories for my ceremony and the supplies for my reception wasn’t half as hard as trying to choose something nice for my bridesmaids. I had a really difficult time finding exactly what I wanted to get for them. A number of favors for reception guests and people who stand up in your wedding are out there on the web. Trying to select just the right one is where it got difficult. I stumbled across some wonderful low-priced thank you items as well. I got a really good deal on a wedding set that had a ring bearer pillow, a flower girl basket, a guest book, a pen, and eight pieces in total. I spent a whole lot less than I expected on that. Buying them together rather than individually saved me a pretty penny.
I was just browsing through possible thank you presents when I finally came across something the women standing up for my wedding would like: a beautifully adorned jewelry box. As I looked, I discovered a variety of high-quality wedding jewelry boxes. My head was swirling from all of the options out there for thank you presents, and I had to just go work on some other part of the wedding to get my focus back. I had some shopping to do yet for the reception; the ceremony was pretty well set. I didn’t have my wedding cake topper yet, nor did I have the wedding favors for my friends and family, so that’s where I went next. Bottle openers made of chrome in the form of birds of peace and salt and pepper shakers that looked like a couple on their wedding day were what I went with. The doves were really nice and they came in a very decorative package, so I didn’t have to buy favor boxes for them. My man got the groomsmen a neat little multi-purpose tool that had a tiny scissors and a toothpick and all kinds of weird gadgets.
We got a figurine of a bride and groom holding each other to put at the top of our cake. The newly weds were my ultimate choice, but I checked out a lot of options, and I nearly settled on one with crystals and initials written in silver. I had put it off while I took care of buying the rest of the supplies we’d need, but it was time at last to select a gift for the women standing up in my wedding. They each got a beautiful boxes for jewelry, and inside of it was some unique wedding jewelry. What I found for them was a shimmering rhinestone bracelet. It was just perfect for them even though it probably sounds like a bit much. The volume of options in discount wedding jewelry was so great, and so good, that I got them some of that and saved a little cash in the process. I also got a some pearl wedding jewelry for myself, and wore it in my wedding ceremony. There are some really exquisite pieces to choose from, and less costly than you may imagine. The groomsmen were pleased with what my hubby got them, and the bridesmaids were thrilled with theirs.
It turned out to be the best day of my life and we all had such a great time at the reception. Two single people drew some attention: my husband’s brother snatched the garter out of the air, and my sister won the bouquet toss. Is it just coincidence, or is it fate? Who knows, maybe one day they will be in our spot and my sister would then be my sister in law as well, that’s really weird. Only time will tell.
