Once I estabished that I was going with the storybook idea, I started looking for accessories and supplies. Of course the very first thing to do is get the invitations for our friends and family. After that I went on to the wedding décor and the other accessories I would need. I wanted to have a Cinderella atmosphere to the whole thing. I started with the decorations for the church ceremony. I chose some lovely tulle swags to be draped from pew to pew with beautiful satin bows at the end of each row. Tall vases filled with flowers were all around the altar, and tapered candles in fairytale holders were place on the sides of the unity candle.

As our guests entered the church they signed their names in our fairytale themed guestbook, which was absolutely gorgeous. This was the most beautiful storybook wedding ceremony I could have ever wished for. The flower girl and ring boy did a wonderful job at the wedding ceremony and really looked elegant in their wedding attire. We took a carriage ride to the reception, just like Cinderella and her Prince left their ceremony.

All the tables at the reception were sparkling with crystal and silver and the entire reception hall was lavishly decorated with flowers. All the tables had crystal champagne flutes with storybook designed stems. I found these very exquisite castles to use as place card holders on the reception tables. I filled adorable carriage designed favor boxes with little candies for each place setting at the reception.

Even though all of our reception tables were gorgeous, our wedding table was the most breathtaking. It gave the appearance of royalty to the reception. Our cake of five gorgeous tiers, with a fairytale wedding topper, sat at the end of our wedding table on a smaller table. They have everything where I bought our reception supplies, even the perfect wedding cake topper in a storybook theme for our gorgeous cake. I saw a gorgeous wedding knife in a storybook theme with a very decorative handle. I really liked the wedding knife server, so now I wanted to make everything else perfect! The set made a nice addition to the wedding cake and topper decoration.

We danced our wedding dance right after the best man said a few words and toasted to our happiness. We danced to our favorite song, “I Swear” by all for one. Once we were done with our wedding dance, the other couples joined us on the dance floor. There were so many photographs taken at the wedding and reception, I’m so glad I bought my fairytale wedding album for all these memories. Just before we left for our honeymoon, some of the guests thanked us for the lovely fairytale wedding favors we gave them.
